⏰ Plan ahead: Our brownies stay delicious for up to 10 days from delivery giving you flexibility to order your brownie ahead of time.  If you are ordering as a gift or for a specific occasion, please take into account there can sometimes be courier delays beyond our control. It is therefore important that you choose a preferred delivery date at least 1-2 days ahead of your celebration.

For UK mainland addresses we send our Floral Brownies and Biscuits via DPD. Orders to Islands and Highlands UK are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

DPD Deliveries

We dispatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays with DPD's overnight 'next-day' courier service, delivering on Wednesdays and Fridays. 

You will receive a 1 hour time slot on the morning of your delivery. For residential deliveries these can be made from 7am - 7pm and for Office addresses these will be made from 9am - 5pm. We cannot allocate this slot for you, this is allocated by DPD themselves.

Next-day delivery means we will despatch them the day prior to your desired delivery date chosen on checkout. We use this service to try and get them to you as swiftly and freshly as can be. The delivery cost for this service is the charge that DPD charge us and we make no profits off these costs. The benefits of this service is that you will receive tracking updates from DPD regarding your delivery times and you will also be able to choose a "safe place" or neighbor to leave the parcel with should yourself or your recipient not be home. DPD do not always leave parcels if the recipient is not there to receive it and they do not always fit through the letterboxes. 

Whilst DPD are usually very reliable and deliver 99% on time, there are occasional unforeseen delays with road incidents or human error in the depots from time to time and so we would always recommend to order a day or so in advance if you need this for a particular day. We will always do our best to rectify any of these issues but we cannot take responsibility for delays due to DPD. The brownies keep perfectly in the fridge or in a cool place. 

Royal Mail Deliveries (Highlands and Islands UK) 

Orders for addresses in the UK highland and islands including the channel Islands are sent with Royal Mail's 48 hour special delivery service.  We always recommend ordering a day or so in advance if you need these for a particular date, incase of any unforeseen delays.  We will dispatch your order to align with your requested date, however, as this is not a date-specific service, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.  We will send you your tracking reference number for you to track your parcel.  We will always do our best to rectify any of these issues but we cannot take responsibility for delays due to Royal Mail. The brownies keep perfectly in the fridge or in a cool place.

All our products are baked and prepared in our dedicated kitchen facilities which also handles all the main allergens including CELERY, GLUTEN (wheat), EGG, FISH, MILK, MUSTARD, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME SEEDS, SOYA and SULPHUR DIOXIDE. We implement strict measures to minimise cross-contamination within our products. However, please be aware that traces may occur due to our kitchen facilities being small and without ‘exclusive’ production areas for all of our different recipes.

Depending on the product, some brownies are presented as one whole slab, with serving quantities based on typical portion sizes, while others come pre-cut. 

Our standard floral brownie portions measures approximately 5cm x 5cm x 2.5 cm. We prioritise quality of ingredients over size so our brownies are extremely rich and fudgy. Although this might not seem as big as other brownies in comparison, we think they are perfectly proportioned - Smaller but most definitely Mightier!

Our brownies are crafted with premium ingredients and packaged carefully to stay fresh for up to 10 days from the date of delivery.  They can be stored within their package at ambient temperature away from direct sunlight, or in the fridge. We recommend enjoying them at room temperature.
